Foreign countries may not have sufficient infrastructure to carry the produced milk, most of the time in too small quantities, from the countryside to the urban centers.

MC Food Concept proposes, therefore, recombining installations for dairy products (milk, yogurt, fresh cheese, butter, …) in order to meet populations’ needs in essential products for a balanced nutrition.

Fully recombined productions, based on imported, dry dairy ingredients, or partially recombined, incorporating a part of the locally produced milk, may be conceivable.
