These installations are mainly intended for foreign countries, and are foreseen for the valorization of a milk supply amounting between 1,500 and 50,000 liters daily.

These dairy plants allow also the production of pasteurized milk, yoghurt (set or stirred), liquid yoghurt to drink, fresh cheese, butter, as required.
